August 14–20, 2026 - Release Notes

TruAssist

  • Added an "Add to case evidence" button on TruAssist responses, so users with Analyst case access can save an answer directly to a case (#5354).
  • Tool activity details (like RMS or OSINT lookups) now render as clean formatted text instead of a raw wall of text, making it easier to follow what TruAssist is doing (#5371).
  • Fixed an error that could interrupt a long-running conversation (#5365).
  • New Chat is now disabled while your current conversation is still empty and unnamed, so you won't end up with stray blank chats (#5363).
  • Updated onboarding language from "NCIC & LINKS" to "Jail Calls" for clarity (#5370).

Field Notes

  • Added a per-user setting that lets officers generate a report from BWC Video Insights even without writing their own transcript first (#5359).
  • AI-generated narrative timestamps and interview call titles now show in your local timezone instead of an ambiguous UTC format (#5360).
  • BWC checklist reviews can now be corrected and re-run — the model carries forward the prior result and only re-checks the items you flag, instead of starting over (#5356).

Analyst

  • Unified tab styling across the app and fixed a bug where the case/package list could collapse to zero height (#5364).

Integrations
Evidence.com (new)
Case file imports from Evidence.com are now a first-class feature: admins configure the connector, cases are indexed on a schedule, and users can browse and import cases directly from the Analyst page with real-time progress and notifications (#5265).

  • Jail Call Briefing — added new connectors for ICE NCIC and HOMEWAV (#5361).
  • BWC — added connector support for Motorola Evidence Library (#5374).

Other

  • Fixed a bug where signing back in after a session timeout could land you on a blank page instead of returning you to where you were (#5355).
