TruAssist

• Updated the TruAssist header with clearer confidentiality messaging ("100% confidential. Never stored or trained on.") and a cleaner layout (#5383).
• Redesigned the send and stop buttons in the chat input so only one is shown at a time, making it clearer whether TruAssist is ready for input or still generating a response (#5386).
• Fixed an error that could interrupt a TruAssist conversation in certain cases (#5399).

Field Notes

• AI Interview Scripts are now managed from the Template Library alongside your other templates, instead of a separate tab inside the call dialog (#5377).
• AI Witness Interviews now follow a more consistent, clearly signposted flow — from intro through follow-up and close — so the assistant no longer skips steps or repeats the full summary after a caller adds detail (#5393).

Analyst

• New Analyst packages now ask you to name the package before creating it, instead of creating an empty one immediately — cutting down on abandoned, unnamed packages (#5387).
• Fixed an issue where certain analyst outputs (like jail call briefings) could spin indefinitely if generation failed, instead of showing a clear error (#5406).

Admin / User Management

• Department admins can now share Field Notes, Analyst, and AI Interview Script templates organization-wide, the same way BWC Review checklist templates already work (#5378).
• Removed the unused Community link from the app menu (#5389).
• Refreshed new-user onboarding — onboarding and welcome messaging is now driven by your license type, and the "what are you interested in" step has updated options and copy reflecting current features (#5407, #5409).

Integrations

• Onprem RMS / case management systems (#5376): added support for importing pre-staged case documents from on-premise records systems, using the same "copy to case" flow as evidence.com imports.
• Securus, legacy interface (#5398): added support for agencies still on Securus's legacy jail call web interface.
