TruAssist
TruAssist conversations got several lifecycle and tab updates this week (#5414).

• Each browser tab now remembers its own conversation across refreshes, so you can run independent conversations side by side in different tabs.
• New conversations default to "New Chat" instead of "Unnamed," and Field Notes and Analyst now show their contextual starter message right away when you open a new conversation from those pages.
• Deleting a conversation now automatically switches you to a neighboring tab; "Clear Conversation" resets your current tab with a fresh chat instead. Both show a confirmation dialog and a reminder that Truleo keeps conversations for 12 hours and never trains on them.
• The empty conversation view now shows its own "New Chat" button instead of just pointing elsewhere on the page.

TruAssist now notifies you when a background task finishes and takes you straight to that conversation when you click it — notifications also clear automatically once you're already viewing the item they're about (#5401, #5410).

Pins are now available directly inside the TruAssist panel embedded in Analyst, Field Notes, and BWC Review, and stay in sync with your main TruAssist Pinned list (#5440).

TruAssist Shortcuts

• Shortcut groups in the side panel are closed by default now, and "Invite a Teammate" (shown to free users) moved to the bottom of the shortcut list and the end of warm-start suggestions (#5424).

Field Notes

• Fixed an issue where creating a new field note could fail after opening a note that had since been deleted, such as from a stale link or bookmark (#5417).

Voice Recording

• The officer's external customer ID — and a configured filename, if set — can now display next to their name in the calls list, for organizations with that configured (#5316, #5452).

Analyst

• You'll now get a notification when a jail call report finishes generating, with repeat alerts suppressed if you haven't logged in for a few days (#5403).

Documents

• Fixed an issue where a single problematic page in a PDF could stop the entire document from processing — Truleo now falls back to that page's text instead of failing the whole file (#5437).

Integrations

• Evidence.com — Analyst users with a live connector now also get a weekly email reminder, alongside the existing in-app notification, when they have cases waiting to import (#5411).
