How do I enable microphone access for TRULEO?

Google Chrome

  1. Go to Site Settings:

    • Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

    • Select Settings > Privacy and security.

    • Click Site settings.

  2. Find the Microphone Settings:

    • Scroll down to Permissions and click Microphone.

    • Ensure the toggle for "Sites can ask to use your microphone" is enabled.

  3. Check Blocked Sites:

    • If https://app.truleo.net is blocked, it will be listed under "Blocked." Click the trash icon next to the blocked site, then reload the page and allow access when prompted.

  4. Allow Microphone Access for a Specific Site:

    • Visit https://app.truleo.net.

    • When prompted, click Allow on the pop-up asking for microphone access.

    • If the pop-up does not appear, click the lock icon in the address bar and ensure the microphone is set to "Allow."

  1. Access Site Settings:
