TruAssist

  • Fixed a bug where messages could still be sent to a TruAssist conversation after it was deleted — you'll now see a clear message to start a new conversation instead (#5238).

Integrations

  • GETAC — Fixed a bug affecting video lookups filtered by officer, and sped up GETAC video searches so results return faster (#5251, #5274).
  • Kinetic (new) — Jail call analysis is now available for agencies using Kinetic (#5214).
  • CLEAR (new) — Analyst cases can now pull records directly from a CLEAR (Thomson Reuters) search into a case's analyst package (#5266).
