The Analyst UX has been redesigned to reduce friction in creating and reviewing case packages.

• Creating a new case is now instant — clicking "New Case" immediately creates the package and opens the file upload dialog. After upload, a rename prompt appears if the package still has its auto-generated name, removing the upfront naming step from the critical path. (#5032)
• Pending documents are now clickable: clicking anywhere on a pending document row opens its preview, consistent with processed documents. (#5072)
• The Markdown viewer gains a fullscreen toggle — click to expand, click again to exit. Source mode is hidden by default (reveal with Cmd+Shift+S). (#5080)
• The Edit Template button is restored on the Analyst page. (#5093)
• Fixed polling race conditions that could cause stale state when switching tabs or making concurrent requests during document processing. (#5072)
• Briefings now display the last-updated timestamp instead of the creation date. (#5081)

• Follow-up suggestions in TruAssist Analyst are now grouped by category with section headers. A Supervisor Briefing option has been added to the case follow-up set, and suggestions for reports that already exist are filtered out to avoid duplicate prompts. (#5061)
• TruAssist messages saved as reports now include a citation section. Markdown links in responses open correctly. (#5061)

• The Case Summary report now opens with a proper H1 title and uses H2 section headings throughout for a consistent document hierarchy. Dividers have been added between the Assess sections (Solvability, Working Theory, Recommended Next Steps) and the Evaluate sections in the report and its table of contents. Solvability Assessment templates have also been improved for better structured output. (#5054)

• PDF extraction now handles documents with a mix of text pages and image pages — each page is analyzed individually and processed with native text extraction or OCR as appropriate, improving accuracy and reducing unnecessary processing overhead. (#5082)
