TruAssist

• License plate reader (LPR) queries are more reliable — the agent now correctly handles time arguments formatted as "11:00" in addition to bare integers, preventing task failures on valid time-based searches. (#5090)

Analyst

• Large analyst packages query and respond significantly faster — a series of backend improvements to semantic search (restructured to subqueries), document scope filtering, and document count estimation collectively reduce database CPU load and query latency on packages with large numbers of documents. (#5094, #5103, #5110)

Performance & Stability

• A global five-minute query timeout now protects the database from runaway queries — prevents the CPU spikes observed with large analyst packages and embedding queries. (#5109)
• Reduced database CPU during morning jail call uploads — optimized two of the top contributing queries in the daily upload flow. (#5120)
