• TruAssist's opening message on a case now adapts to the actual state of the package — it calls out when a case summary is stale and needs regenerating, and only surfaces follow-up options that make sense given what's already been generated (no more duplicate Timeline or Probable Cause Statement suggestions). (#5089)
• Fixed a bug where opening the template library on the Report tab and clicking "New" would silently reset back to the Case tab, blocking users from creating a new report template. (#5131)
• Report and case output no longer includes attorney-client privilege disclaimers — privileged content is filtered silently rather than flagged with a note in the output. (#5126)
• Updated state statute references used in report citations to reflect the latest legislative changes. (#4986)

Documents

• PDFs with vector-outlined text (common in files exported from tools like Illustrator or InDesign) now extract correctly — these previously returned empty content because the text wasn't stored as recognizable characters; they're now routed through the same Vision-based extraction used for image-only pages. (#5124)
