Admin / User Management

• New Desktop Agent management tab in Admin — upload Desktop Agent (CUA) versions directly from the browser, mark versions as dev- or production-ready, attach a comment to each upload, and configure organizations to auto-update to the latest stable version. (#5000)
• Login and auth pages now show the updated "Intelligence That Solves Cases Faster" marketing creative. (#5031)
• Free trial flow simplified — the referral-based trial extension has been removed. Users approaching the end of their trial are now shown a concise Trial Status dialog directing them to contact support to set up a connector. (#5029)
• Transcript PII redaction is now opt-in for free and FTO environments — the feature is available but off by default, reducing unexpected behavior for new signups in those tiers. (#5030)

Desktop Agent

• v2 lifecycle stability — the Desktop Agent now installs as a headless Windows Scheduled Task rather than a Windows Service, improving reliability and removing an edge case that could trigger an unintended system reboot. The installer now takes a single API key and includes a "run in headless mode" checkbox. (#5038)
• Backwards compatibility improvements for v2 agents running in legacy v1 environments — system prompt updated to prevent agents from accidentally closing open command prompts or triggering reboot dialogs. (#5010)

Analyst

• Semantic search on large packages (e.g., jail calls) is significantly faster — a binary-quantized prefilter now reduces the number of full-vector comparisons required, cutting I/O overhead and query time. (#5012)

Editor

• Single newlines in the Markdown editor now render consistently as line breaks in both view and edit modes — text no longer looks different depending on which mode you're in. (#5035)
