TruAssist

• Policy and statutes documents are now available inside TruAssist while working in a case on the Analyst page — no need to navigate away to search your policy library or statutes. (#5018)

Analyst
Solvability scoring added to Case Summary Report (#5017)

• New Solvability section scores each case on a 1–10 scale with a confidence rating (Low / Medium / High), giving investigators a quick, evidence-based read on how close a case is to prosecution-ready. Displayed first in the summary report.
• Fixed "Copy to Case" when Select All was active — selecting all documents and copying to a case now works correctly. (#4999)
• New-case button labels now consistently read "Analyze New Case" throughout the Analyst view. (#4992)
• Removed the "Cell Phone Extraction Report" managed template. (#5014)

Admin / User Management

• User Management table now includes a Trial column for free-org visibility, with fixes to the Settings sidebar toggle. (#4996)
• Document Management page updated with a new layout and bulk delete — admins can now select and delete multiple documents at once. (#5003)
• Session expiry warning: users on CJIS-compliant environments are now warned 5 minutes before the 30-minute inactivity timeout, with options to stay active or log out gracefully. (#4975)

Documents

• Large documents load significantly faster — markdown files now default to a lightweight read-only view; edit and source modes are still available on demand. (#5013)

Integrations

• evidence.com — Import all case files from an evidence.com case directly into an Analyst package, including support for a secondary evidence account for agencies that use separate accounts for video and case management. (#4838)
