Creating Field Notes by Typing

Users can now create field notes by typing directly into a text box on the Field Notes page, and the system will generate an enhanced narrative based on the input. Follow a template and type out a rough draft of your narrative, or copy and paste Video Insights from TRULEO.


Field Note Improvements

This release brings a wide range of improvements to Field Notes listed below.

Paragraphs: Transcripts of dictations are now automatically broken into paragraphs.

Quote / Unquote: While dictating, saying "quote" / "unquote" will inform the model to retain that phrase exactly.

Better Attention to Details: Specific details about an individual or evidence are now retained better in the enhanced summary.

Better Use of Officer Language: Our model now aligns more closely to the words a user typically uses in their dictations.

DUI Report Template: A new report template has been added for DUI stops.
