TruAssist now answers "how do I…" questions about the Truleo app by searching the Help Center and linking the articles it used.
The Inmate Alert briefing shortcut now opens a short form, so TruAssist builds the briefing from what you enter instead of relying on a sample.
TruAssist can now search for people mentioned in your documents and explore who they are connected to, including visitors who coordinate with multiple inmates. Relationship descriptions are generated on demand and cached.

Documents in an Analyst package can now be found by their details, not just their title — names, locations, case numbers, and other information pulled from each document.
Document search results now weigh that information, so the most relevant documents surface first.
Analyst, Field Notes, and BWC Review file lists now sort by the date the event occurred by default. Sorting is a single choice with a toggle for direction.
Jail call documents from most major providers (including Paytel, CPC Fusion, GTL/ViaPath, Securus, Telecoin, and others) now feed this document information and people graph. Remaining providers follow.

Cell phone extraction uploads (zip and similar archives) now track which files were extracted and which were skipped. A new cell phone extraction report opens with an overview of what was and wasn't extracted, so you can trust what you're looking at.

Divisions are now a managed list. Admins can create, rename, and delete divisions in Settings > Divisions, and add or remove users. A user's division can also be set from the user edit dialog and bulk imports.
Pilot divisions: a division can now have its own pilot end date, with the same countdown and expiry behavior as an organization pilot. If both apply, the earlier date wins.
Share templates with individual users (including people in other organizations, invited by email) or entire divisions, with an optional edit permission. This covers Analyst templates, Field Notes templates, interview scripts, and BWC Review checklists.

Dialogs and the officer profile now hold their full size in smaller browser windows and scroll with the page, instead of shrinking.

Performance improvements: faster document search in large Analyst packages, and lower overhead when loading packages into TruAssist.
Fixed: copied documents now keep their metadata, so search quality holds up on duplicates.
