TruAssist

  • Disclaimers from connected agent tasks now show up in TruAssist answers, so users see the "TRULEO AI can make mistakes" notice every time.

Analyst

  • Share an analyst package with a whole Division. Everyone in the Division can see it, including people who join later. The sharing dialog now shows Users and Divisions side by side, with a new Add Division option and a "Can edit" choice.
  • Briefing sharing now has an approval step. The person sharing picks an approver, and the recipient gets access once the approver signs off. Approvers get in-app and email alerts when a request is waiting, plus a reminder after 48 hours.
  • Jail call lists stay on for free organizations. A cleanup job was switching them off by mistake.
  • Faster case packages. The outstanding-documents check on very large packages is much quicker.
  • Deleting a case or file now frees up storage right away, and the storage indicator updates when you delete.
  • Android text message support is better. Truleo now reads the newer messaging database used by current Android phones, and falls back to the older one when needed.

Documents

  • Limit a Document to specific Divisions. Users only see Documents tied to their own Divisions, and TruAssist only draws on those Documents. Documents with no Division stay visible to the whole organization. Admins can see all of them.
  • Audio files in a zip (m4a, flac, aac) and mkv video files are now kept and processed when you upload a zip.
  • On-premises case documents no longer overwrite each other when new cases sync in.

Admin / User Management

  • Admins can set a storage cap for each user from the Edit User dialog. A cap of 0 blocks Analyst uploads for that user, and a blank cap uses the default.
  • Organizations can turn off the weekly case import email.

Legal / Account

  • Expired trials and pilots now show a recap of what Truleo did for you: cases analyzed, questions asked, narratives written, and analyst reports. When all extension options are used, the Contact sales link appears right in the dialog.
  • The extended free trial field note limit is now 35, in line with the analyst report limit.
  • A dismissible banner announces the November 12 TRULEO design update, with a Learn more link.
