October 30 – November 5, 2026 - Release Notes

TruAssist

  • The case intro message now leads with next steps TruAssist can actually do for you, each with its own button. Steps only the investigator can take show up as a short separate note. The "Other ideas" follow-ups are back: analyze and stress-test, generate reports, and evidence and search.
  • Fixed an issue where a TruAssist conversation could get stuck after a canceled step, with every new message failing. Affected conversations now recover on their own.

Analyst

  • Share part of a jail call briefing package instead of all of it. When you share, choose Full access, Specific files (by person), or Specific reports (by briefing template), and set optional start and end dates. The sharing requests table shows each person's scope and lists active approvals, with a Revoke button.
  • Request access to files outside your shared scope. If you open a document you can't see, Truleo lets you pick the person, an approver from the owning agency, and a date range, then sends the request for approval. You get an in-app alert and an email when it's approved.
  • Phone extraction messages are now organized by conversation. Each text thread from a Cellebrite extraction becomes its own file, so TruAssist can follow a conversation and its participants more easily.
  • Ask TruAssist which apps were installed on an Android phone. Cellebrite (UFDR) Android uploads now include a list of installed apps.

Documents

  • New users' first documents now get priority in the processing queue, so results come back faster in the first days of using Truleo.
