October 9–15, 2026 - Release Notes

TruAssist

  • Interactive people network graph. When TruAssist looks up a person, it can now draw their connections right in the chat, with inmates, visitors, and contacts shown as different node types. Hover a person or a connection for details, drag nodes around, zoom in and out, and generate a relationship description with one click.
  • The upload dialog now stays open while your file uploads, so you can watch progress. If an upload fails, you now see which file failed and an error message.

Analyst

  • Resumable document uploads. If your connection drops or you reload the page, uploads pick up where they left off instead of starting over. Large files upload in chunks and failed chunks retry automatically.
  • Upload a whole folder at once from the Analyst upload dialog. Every supported file, including files in subfolders, is added as its own document. Hidden system files and unsupported types are skipped, and a summary shows how many files will upload and how many were skipped.
  • Faster, more reliable uploads. Documents now stream directly to storage, and image conversion and preprocessing now run in the background after upload. Fixes issues where an invalid upload could leave a partial document behind, and where some large CSV imports could fail.

Integrations

  • Jail call systems — Coded language lookups now accept an optional inmate name.
