TruAssist

• The confirmation dialog for Clear Conversation now consistently says "Clear" instead of "Delete," matching what the action actually does (#5461).
• Conversations that were started but never used are now automatically cleaned up the next time you log in, so they don't clutter your conversation list (#5463).

Voice Recording

• Analysts can now add moments to body-worn camera videos that are pending review or flagged for use-of-force, instead of being blocked from marking them (#5289).
• The transcript panel on BWC video review no longer pauses auto-scroll (and shows a warning) just because your mouse is hovering over it — it now stays in sync with playback the whole time (#5482).

Documents

• Fixed several issues with the shared document upload dialog used across TruAssist, Notepad, and Analyst case uploads: a crash when adding more files in single-file mode, a Safari display bug that let dialog content escape its own box, and broken pagination when browsing cases to import (#5458).
• Fixed an issue where re-uploading a document with the same filename could leave old content mixed in alongside the new version instead of fully replacing it (#5459).
• Fixed an issue where a document's content could appear partial or incomplete in previews and TruAssist analysis before processing had fully finished (#5470).

Admin / User Management

• New investigators are now guided through their first 15 days on Truleo with automated email and text check-ins (#5457).
• The "disable user" confirmation now names the specific user being disabled, reducing the risk of disabling the wrong account by mistake (#5434).
