Supported Upload Types

This article outlines the file types that can be uploaded and used within the platform. To ensure successful uploads and processing, please verify that your files match one of the supported formats listed below.

Document Files

The following document formats are supported for text-based content:

  • PDF (.pdf)

  • HTML (.html)

  • Text (.txt)

  • Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc)

  • Microsoft Excel (.xlsx, .xls)

  • CSV (.csv)

Audio Files

The following audio formats are supported:

  • WMA (.wma)

  • M4A (.m4a)

  • MP3 (.mp3)

  • WAV (.wav)

Video Files

The following video formats are supported:

  • WMV (.wmv)

  • WTV (.wtv)

  • MPEG / MPEG-TS (.mpeg, .ts)

  • MP4 (.mp4)

  • WebM (.webm)

  • MOV (.mov)

  • AVI (.avi)

Image Files

The following image formats are supported:

  • JPEG (.jpeg, .jpg)

  • PNG (.png)

  • GIF (.gif)

Notes

  • Files must not be corrupted or password-protected.

  • Very large files may take longer to upload and process.

  • If you experience issues uploading a supported file type, try re-saving the file or converting it to an alternative supported format.
