Free users now have access to a demo environment showcasing TRULEO’s Body Camera Analytics Features
Email Notification for Assigned Video
Users will now receive an email when they are assigned a video.
SMS Sending of Praise
If a user has the “Allow TRULEO to text me” option enabled, they will now receive praise messages via SMS.
Timezone Management Enhancements
Users can now personalize their timezone directly within their profile settings. Admins now have the ability to standardize timezone settings across all users within an organization.
TruAssist Mic Mute Option in Voice Mode
Users can now mute the microphone while in Voice Mode. By clicking the new mic icon, users can mute/unmute their microphone while staying in Voice Mode.
Extended Lookback Period to 90 Days
The default retention period for TRULEO has been extended across the board from 60 days to 90 days.
