Analyst: Case Summaries and Queries
TRULEO users now have access to a brand new AI assistant for investigative use cases: Analyst. With Analyst, you can upload audio, video, text, and images relevant to a case you are working, generate a comprehensive report, and ask TRULEO's AI questions about the case. Beyond searching for the right details, detectives can use Analyst to better prepare for court by asking for inconsistencies in witness statements or even what TRULEO's AI thinks is the best defense against a case.
Increased document limit
Users can now upload documents as large as 1 GB across the platform.
Streamlined Supervisor Workflow for BWC Review
Supervisors now have an enhanced workflow to quickly review BWC footage and get credit for clearing their work each week. Supervisors are first taken through officers who have demonstrated exemplary professionalism over the past week, then taken through officers that have had moments of high proficiency, and finally through pending videos that require human verification of critical events. This new workflow ensures supervisors can provide positive reinforcement across their team while addressing critical moments, all within a few minutes of review each week.
TruAssist: Clear Discovery of Features & Pinned Messages
Users now have clear visibility into all of the features of TRULEO's AI assistant - TruAssist. In addition, users can pin message replies from TruAssist to save during their browser session and reference later. Keeping to TRULEO's responsible retention policy, pinned messages are cleared out when a user logs out or has an expired session.
