TruAssist - Conversational AI for Patrol Officers
TruAssist is a new intelligent assistant integrated into the TRULEO app, providing users with a convenient way to ask questions about the organization’s policy and RMS.
TruAssist’s policy question interface to help users quickly access relevant information and responses related to organizational policies. RMS integration enables TruAssist to also query recent events at an address.
TruAssist only accesses knowledge from uploaded department documents - it does not have access to the internet to answer general questions about other topics.
Ask questions by speaking or typing them into TruAssist, and TruAssist will reply.
TruAssist Document Management
TruAssist accesses knowledge from uploaded policy documents. Admin users of an organization can manage their documents and add new ones by uploading a PDF:
