Improved Report Narratives & Disclaimers

TRULEO has made several improvements under the hood to enhance the accuracy and performance of generated report narratives. Narratives now also include a disclaimer.

When a report narrative is copied, the following disclaimer will automatically be added at the bottom. This ensures clarity around the source of the report and the officer's responsibility for verifying its accuracy:

"I acknowledge an initial version of this report was generated from body-worn camera transcripts using TRULEO. I further acknowledge that I have reviewed the report in detail, made any necessary edits, and believe it to be an accurate representation of my recollection of the reported events. If needed, I am willing to testify to the accuracy of this report."
