TRULEO provides weekly reporting in CSV / XLSX format of all analysis available in the system, also accessible via a JSON-based REST API. An example export and dashboard is provided in Appendix B - Sample Report.
TRULEO’s admin logs are structured as an XLSX file with 3 sheets, generated weekly:
UsersA full accounting of officers analyzed, users, groups of viewership & membership, and login & usage data.
Activity
Line-by-line accounting of users, roles, video IDs, and actions taken, along with their date & time.
Events
Line-by-line accounting of each analyzed video, associated metadata, and all human-verified and auto-generated events.
Only users with TRULEO’s Admin role can download logs for their department after logging in at https://app.truleo.net/logs.
Email alerts for Administrative logs can be enabled in an administrative user's profile under Account Settings.
