      All Calls

      The All Calls tab is where every individual call an officer completes during a shift is organized, regardless of outcome

      All Calls is where every call an officer completes is organized, regardless of outcome. The calls are listed by newest first, but can be sorted by a user.

      All calls are where an officer can reference any call during their shift, up to 60 days prior. After 60 days, the calls are deleted in TRULEO, but may still remain in the department's evidence, or body-worn camera, management system.

      To view ALL CALLS, select Calls image (123)  and then the All tab image (125)

      All Calls is extremely valuable for supervisors, individual officers, and the PIO

      • Review any interaction to surface great police work
      • Review any interaction to further develop policing skills
      • Review any interaction to identify coaching and training opportunities

      All Calls becomes even more valuable when using the Filters and Save Filters functions
