Saving filters is a way to have specific filters available for future use without having to input them each time.
After you have filtered your results [see Filtering the calls list] you can save this filter for future use for your personal use or, if you are an admin, department wide use. At the top of the filtered calls list above the parameters you used click the Save Filter icon
Clicking this will open a new window where you will be able to name your filter and verify if you want to get email notifications. If you have Admin permissions you can make this filter available department wide.
Once you click CREATE the filter will be available for future use next to the pending tab. The Spyglass icon indicates this filter is only viewable by you, the Globe icon indicates this is a department wide filter. The number of un-viewed calls is shown in a circle next to each saved filter.
