      Creating a PIO user

      PIO is a user permission that can be toggled on/off in Account Settings -> User Management

      Once in User Management, click on the pencil icon to edit a user

      Once a designated Admin user has been given PIO permissions, they can now approve Moments in the Moments tab and create department Stories from the Stories header

      Multiple users can be assigned PIO permissions
