Creating a Story

A Story can only be created by a user with PIO permissions. The user can create a new Story by adding moments from the Story editor accessed through the Stories tab

Next, find and click on add a new story

The PIO user will be asked to give a title to their story

It's best to name the Story title and approved Moment similar names to make searching for a moment, or stitching together moments, easier. This title can be edited later before publishing

Once given, click create

The PIO user has now entered the Story editor

To add the approved Moment, click the "add Moment to Story" icon

Find and add your approved Moment from the options provided

If the Moment is not shown here, it may not have been approved. Head back to the Moment from the Moments tab, select the call, find the Moment in the Timeline and check if it has been approved

Once the Moment has been selected, the PIO user can use the tools available to edit:

Title name
Intro title card + add badge
Outro title card + add badge
Moment and Story

To add multiple Moments to a Story, click the "add Moment to Story" icon between the intro/outro cards
