Preview a Story before Publishing

The PIO user can preview a Story before publishing to check that all edits, redactions, and subtitles are functioning properly. This is done by selecting Preview Story, which is seen beside the Story Editor

Previewing the Story before publishing is a great way to ensure all edits, redactions, and subtitles are correct and functioning properly. Once the PIO user has completed the creation of a Story, they can select Preview Story, which is seen beside the Story Editor 

• The PIO user will be able to play and preview the Story as it is intended, while also having the opportunity to note any further edits needed
• The PIO user can save this work as a draft or publish to the department's Stories page
• If further edits are needed, they can be performed back in the Editor screen
