Marking Proficiency is a way to recognize an officer's proficient policing at specific times in a call
To mark the proficiency of a user's performance utilize the thumbs up icon (👍).
- Proficiency recognizes the high performance of a user within the context of a single time segment of a call.
- Proficiency is applied as an event label and appears in the call's event timeline.
- Proficiency is visible to and can be filtered by any user with access to that specific call.
- Each call that contains proficiency appears in the Highlights tab of both the reviewer who marked it and the user to which it was applied.
- A user can see their total videos that contain proficiency in Achievements.
- A proficiency notification to the user it was applied to is not generated (as compared to sending praise).
