Multi-Call Mode

What is multi-call mode and how does it work?

Multi-Call Mode is a feature that permits a user to create one report narrative from one, or multiple, body-worn camera(s) of the same call.

To use Multi-Call Mode:

Select Multi-Call from the ALL calls screen. Clicking on the icon again will exit Multi-Call mode.

Select which calls you want to include in Multi-Call





Once the calls are added to the Multi-Call column, the user can then select the proper information from the drop down boxes and select Generate Report Narrative





A report narrative is generated. The user will need to acknowledge the suggestions, insert any edits, and approve final changes by selecting to copy the report narrative


 


The last step is to sign off with the user's signature to permit pasting into the report writing system
