Officer List Upload
Upload your department roster, or an individual officer, using the Officer List Upload Template. - Officer List Upload Template
This document can ONLY be uploaded by your Truleo account representative.
Only officers listed in the document will have their cameras analyzed by Truleo.
Manually Enable or Disable Officers
Under Account Settings, select "Officer List" to be shown a list of officers. This list can be filtered to show which officer cameras are being analyzed or not analyzed.
To manually disable or enable a single officer:
- Search for the officer by name
- Click on the officer name to bring up the officer's profile
- Click the edit icon
- Check / uncheck the camera analyzed field and hit
To manually enable a group of officers, click the Video icon in the corner
Enter the officer emails, then click "Enable officers"
