Organizational Settings

Admin users will find the below DEFAULT settings available to the department. Please direct any changes to your TRULEO representative

PII redaction

TRULEO can automatically redact personally identifiable information (PII) from transcripts before they are displayed or stored. When enabled, names, phone numbers, addresses, and other PII are removed from transcript text.

The org settings page shows a Transcript PII Redaction toggle under Features. Standard account admins can view current settings; contact your TRULEO representative to enable or disable this org-level setting.
