Send Praise is a feature used by a reviewer to recognize and notify a user of a call that was labeled High Professionalism, or High Composure.
To send praise to a user who exhibits high performance or who otherwise merits individual recognition utilize the send praise (▶️) icon.
- Praise is applied at the call level and relates to a user’s overall performance during a call.
- Praise is visible to and can be filtered by any user with access to that specific call.
- A user can see their total videos praised in Achievements
- A praise notification with a customized message is sent via email to the user the praise was applied to.
