What a department can expect for communication and training during and after onboarding

During the onboarding process a department will complete steps prior to rollout. Part of those steps are communication and training. Once onboarding is complete and a department is on the platform, communication continues in a weekly, or bi-weekly cadence, while training is done as needed


Communication

  • A Truleo representative will have communication access to the department's administrator, supervisor, and/or points of contact who have been designated to head the program
  • Communication during onboarding and rollout is focused on completing steps to work towards a successful launch
    • Department goals
    • API connection
    • IT support
    • Officer list 
    • Voice ID
    • Training scheduled and completed
    • Add users
    • Groups set up 
  • Communication after onboarding and rollout is complete is set to a weekly, or bi-weekly, communication schedule between the Truleo representative and the department's designated head of program 

 

Training

  • Training is done on-site and set up in advance to ensure the schedules of department users with reviewer permissions align

Participation in training is needed prior to a user with reviewer permissions receiving access to the platform

  • Training is done after the API connection has been made and is considered functional
  • Training consists of introductory information and a hands on experience with the software
  • Training can take place at different times and days, depending on the size of the department
  • Once Training is complete, all users and groups can be configured as stated by the department
