We are excited to bring you the following enhancements for Thursday evening May 30th, 2024.

TRULEO 2.0: The Fastest Automated Review Experience

TRULEO 2.0 is a user-interface overhaul that makes automated review lightning fast, minimizes administrative burden, and enables departments to easily configure the platform for their own policies. 

The FTO Queues and Calls pages have been combined into a single interface with 5 default inboxes: All, Highlights, Bookmarks, Assigned, and Pending


Here’s an overview of each default inbox

“All” - Filter by any criteria and explore calls on your own

“Highlights” - See calls automatically flagged as High Professionalism and High Composure to easily praise officers for doing a great job

“Bookmarks” - Save calls for later to take another look

“Assigned” - Share calls with others for further review

“Pending” - The previous FTO Queues have been simplified into the pending tab in a fast review interface. Only two labels require Human Verification: Discussion of Force -> Use of Force and Impolite Language -> Below Standard. Each verification is done on the entire call at once, greatly reducing clicks and administrative burden

 

Saved Filters

Departments can now create a “Saved Filter” for calls that match a set of criteria for focused review. Users can receive email alerts when calls come into their saved filter, and administrators can publish a saved filter across users.

Saved filters enable a department to set policy on a certain criteria of calls (for example, Traffic Stops without Explanation) and track a set of standard actions across calls in admin logs, such as assign, praise, bookmark, and view.

 

Send Praise Visibility

The “Send Praise” button is more visible now, it will also change to green once a praise has been sent. A filter checkbox for filtering sent praise is also available. 

 

Edit Transcript Log

The change log for a transcript will now show automatically when clicking the “Edit” button.

 

Achievements

We have moved the officer achievements to a tab next to Calls available for all users. Administrators see achievements aggregated at the department level, while Reviewers see them for their squad and officers see their own achievements. Departments can toggle on and off visibility of achievements as desired.
