Multi-Call: Report Narrative Creation from Multiple Calls
We’ve introduced new functionality that allows users to create a report from multiple calls. The button on the top right of the calls list enables a user to select calls to view in parallel. Once all calls have been selected, a report narrative can be generated from the combined transcripts of all of the selected calls. Calls can be removed or added and a report can be regenerated as needed.
Multi-Call is especially useful when an officer has multiple videos that relate to the same call for service or multiple officers are on the scene of an incident simultaneously interacting with separate individuals relevant to the report.
Bulk User Upload
Organization administrators can now upload users in bulk using a CSV import feature. A sample CSV file can be downloaded to help administrators format their uploads correctly. Each row in the CSV is validated, and only users from valid rows will be created, ensuring accurate data entry.
Refreshed Weekly Highlights Email
The Weekly Highlights email now includes Praised and Proficient Calls to give you a clearer overview of your team's performance. Additionally, a new button has been added, allowing you to quickly access the Achievements page for further insights and details. Weekly highlights on an officer level also circulate to officers in lieu of the daily professionalism emails
Inline Report Narrative Suggestions for Names and Addresses
As part of our Responsible AI framework, TRULEO automatically redacts PII from transcripts before sending to a generative AI model for tasks such as Auto-Generated Report Narratives. TRULEO now adds inline suggestions into the narrative to suggest to the user locations where correct PII should be inserted.
