Officers can now sign up for field notes directly using their department-issued email addresses. This new feature automatically assigns officers to their respective organizations based on email domains, simplifying onboarding and access management.
In-Browser Recording for Field Notes
Users can now record field notes directly through the in-browser microphone, making it easier and faster to document observations and details on the go.
Recorded notes are automatically transcribed for easy reference, and users can generate a summary or report narrative directly from their recorded notes, streamlining documentation.
New Labels for Officer Wellness & Training
TRULEO now flags calls with new labels oriented towards officer wellness and training. These lables are:
- Fatalities (natural)
- Fatalities (unnatural)
- Fatalities (pediatric)
- Sovereign Citizen
- First Amendment Auditor

The number of videos praised, videos with proficiency, and moments nominated are now clickable on the Achievements page. This update simplifies navigation, making it easier to locate specific achievements and relevant calls with just one click.
