We are excited to bring you the following enhancements for Thursday evening June 6th, 2024.
Recognize Professionalism by Marking Proficiency
Users can now mark specific segments of a call as “proficient,” allowing them to spotlight high professionalism in context within a call. Users can also unmark a previously marked segment, providing flexibility in your review process.
Calls with proficient segments marked will appear in the Highlights tab to any user that has access to the video, including the officer in question.
Call Timestamp Bookmarking
Users can now bookmark specific timestamps within a call. This feature allows you to mark and return to important moments during call reviews easily. If necessary, a user can also remove a previously set bookmark, ensuring you have full control over your annotations. Bookmarks are only visible to the user who created them.
Visibility of Viewership
The video player now displays a watermark showing the current user viewing the video as an extra protection against unwanted sharing of video information.
In-transcript Smart Search
Users can now smart search within a call transcript. This feature allows you to quickly locate and navigate to specific phrases, making it easier to analyze and review key parts of the call. Our smart search returns not only exact matches but similar phrases as well.
Call Assignment with Notes
When assigning a call, a user can add notes to the assignee, and the assignee can reply directly to the assigner's message within the call assignment. Once the assignee has reviewed the call, they can mark it as reviewed, providing clear feedback and closing the assignment loop.
