Improved Pending Workflow for Impolite Language
We’ve streamlined our workflow for identifying instances of impolite language used by officers during interactions. Users are now prompted to select any instance where an officer is speaking during an interaction. After selecting an instance, users are then prompted to pinpoint any use of below standard language by the officer. The revised workflow reduces human errors in evaluating language.
Improved User Experience for Building Stories
Status Indicators and Unpublish Option
We have enhanced the visibility of story statuses on the Stories Index for PIO. Each story card now includes a line indicating whether it is "Draft", "Published", "Published with changes pending", or “Publishing In Progress”.
An option to unpublish a story is now available via the dropdown menu (three dots), allowing PIOs to change the status from "Published" to "Draft".
Enhanced Preview Experience
Preview now makes it easier to see how audio will be redacted and navigate between moments easily.
Toggleable Labels & Features
TRULEO’s success team can now configure a departments environment to include or exclude any label, as well as toggle additional features.
