      Bookmarks

      Bookmarks are a way for the user to save timestamps in videos for future reference.

      How Bookmarks Work

      • Bookmarks are applied at a specific time within a call and show up in the Event timeline
      • Bookmarks are applied at the user level and are only visible to the user that generated the bookmark.
      • Bookmarked calls appear in the bookmarks tab of the user who generated it.

      Creating a Bookmark

      While viewing any call, click the bookmark icon below the video

       

       

      Clicking the icon will add a bookmark event to the events timeline that is only visible to you at a timestamp corresponding to the playback point in the video player. To view your bookmarks simply click on the My Bookmark tab

      To Clear each bookmark, simply click the X next to each bookmark
