Field notes is an AI assistant that a user calls and speaks to. The assistant transcribes what was said and makes it available to the user inside the TRULEO platform.
To use Field Notes, a user can set up an account by:
- Logging in to TRULEO and selecting Field Notes from the header
- Edit and input your cell phone number plus a custom pin number
- Call the number available, enter your pin, and follow the prompts
- To end your call, hang up, and in less than 30 seconds your field note will appear under Transcript
Users find extreme value in using Field Notes to:
- Generate a report narrative
- Generate a polished summary
- Record and transcribe witness and Interview statements
- Audio playback
- Download the audio and save to an external drive for future reference
- Call and record field notes while on scene, or when a computer is not available
