Who decides what is below standard language?
Language that is considered below standard, is both determined and reviewed by a human, typically part of the admin, or supervisor, group at a department.
A department chooses their organizational settings and those that reflect what is included in below standard language. The options are:
- Insults
- Directed Profanity
When language gets surface as below standard, it is then human verified by a supervisor as part of the supervisor workflow. Once verified, TRULEO can then properly apply a professionalism label to the call.
